There’s no substitute to early preparations. With this in mind, the Philippine Olympic Committee is calling on all national sports associations whose sports will be played in this year’s Asia Games to submit their plans as to their athletes’ preparations for the coming quadrennial conclave set in November in Guangzhou, China.
