CEBU City – The rains failed to dampen the enthusiasm of the locals and tourists who continued to dance in the streets of the Cebu City during its annual Sinulog Festival. The rains stopped just in time for an explosive “SUMMIT FIGHT NIGHT BOXING SERIES”.
